What is the current warehouse processing time for my order?
Due to the influx of orders, we estimate the warehouse to take an estimated 3 to 5 days to dispatch your order. If item is on preorder, the leadtime is as shown on the listing.

How is my order shipped, and what is the delivery estimate?
For all bracelet orders placed from 3 Apr '26 onwards, they are shipped via SF Express. Delivery is within a week.
Kindly make sure to enter the complete delivery information, including but not limited to:
- Resident ID Number
- Full Name, as per ID
- Complete address: street name, building no., unit no., city, province, postal code

I've made a mistake in my shipping address/email address etc. How do I change it?
Please send an enquiry with the recipient name and order # to shop@made51.org. Our customer service representative will be available to assist.

I would like to cancel my order.
Order cancellations are possible only within 24 hours of ordering. Please email shop@made51.org with your order # for a refund request. Refunds will be due back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 working days, subject to bank processes.

Import tax and duties
Kindly note that orders are shipped from our warehouse in Hong Kong, and may be subjected to customs inspection. In some cases, import taxes or duties may be applied by local customs authorities.
