All orders are dispatched from either Hong Kong or Austria, unless otherwise stated on the product page. We offer worldwide shipping, and free shipping with minimum purchase.

Import Taxes and Duties
Please note that customers are liable for any import duties and taxes due on their shipments.
All UK and EU orders are charged VAT at time of check-out so there would be no fees upon delivery.
Returns Accepted
You are welcome to return items within 14 days from the day you received the parcel. However, you would be liable for any additional charges incurred in the delivery back to us.
In the event that parcels are returned to us, you would be asked to pay an additional processing and delivery fee of £5 - £15 for redelivery, or be provided a refund sans the shipping charges incurred.
If you have received a defective item or wish to return an item, please contact our Customer Service Representative at shop@made51.org with your reason for return.
