Leila Animal Crochet Blanket

Crafted by Syrian refugees living in Lebanon.

This charming baby blanket is crocheted by Syrian refugee women in Lebanon, rebuilding their lives one thread at a time. A menagerie of hand-crochet animals dance around its squares; monkeys, bumble-bees, peacocks and elephants, each one beautifully brought to life by the hands of talented artisans. The ultimate cosy companion to a good night's sleep.

Each blanket has the name of the artisan embroidered in the corner.
