1. The giveaway is hosted by MADE51, a UNHCR initiative implemented by the World Fair Trade Organization (WFTO) at Godfried Bomansstraat 8–3, 4103WR Culemborg, The Netherlands.
2. Official communications will only come from the MADE51 official Instagram account @made51_unhcr. No communications from third parties shall be taken into consideration. Never share personal or banking information over Instagram with third parties.
3. The giveaway commences at 2:50 CET on 30 November 2021 and all entries must be received by 2:50 CET CEST on 7 December 2021. To be eligible for the giveaway, entries must be received within the specified Entry Period.
4. Entries are valid only if the participant has followed all steps stated above. Fraudulent methods of entry or circumvention of the rules may result in the MADE51 and WFTO invalidating the concerned entries and removing them from the giveaway at the WFTO and MADE51’s sole discretion.
5. 2 (Two) winners will be selected after 2:50 CET CEST on 7 December 2021 and will be announced on that same day. Winners will receive two sets of 3 ornaments, one for the winner, and one that we'll send to someone of their choice.
6. There is no purchase or fee to participate in the giveaway. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. Prizes are not transferable.
7. Sample items are identified on MADE51’s social media during the giveaway period. WFTO or MADE51 does not guarantee that these items will be available. Subject prizes are subject to availability.
8. MADE51 or WFTO are not responsible for lost shipments, damaged or incorrect items.
9. If the shipment cost exceeds 300 USD for a destination and no alternative address is available for a selected candidate, the latest will be considered ineligible. In such case, MADE51 and WFTO reserve the right to award the prize to another participant.
10. The winner will be chosen by random drawing.
11. MADE51 will publicly announce (and tag) the winner on the giveaway post and Instagram stories no later than 6 CET on 7 December 2021.
12. Since the public announcement, the winner has 48 hours to get in touch with MADE51 and claim the prize. He/she also must be age of majority in their country of residence. WFTO and MADE51 reserve the right to require participants to prove that they are eligible. If the winner is found to be ineligible, WFTO and MADE51 reserve the right to award the prize to another participant and to require the return of any prize already awarded.
13. If the winner does not claim the prize within 48 hours, a new winner will be randomly selected.
14. WFTO and MADE51 reserve the right to refuse, withdraw, or disqualify any entry at any time at the WFTO and MADE51’s sole discretion.
15. Odds of winning will depend on the number of entries.
16. WFTO and UNHCR staff are prohibited from joining the giveaways.
17. This giveaway is not endorsed or sponsored by or affiliated with Instagram.
18. WFTO and MADE51 reserves the right to terminate or amend this giveaway in the event of exceptional circumstances outside its control which affect its ability to operate the giveaway.

20. This giveaway is subject to the regulations and laws in The Netherlands and any dispute or indeterminacy will fall under the Dutch jurisdiction.
